NGO Trains 50 Women, Girls in Soap Making and Pomade Crafting in Bauchi

With the aim of addressing joblessness and promoting entrepreneurial skills in young females, the Center for Information Technology and Development (CITAD) partnered with E-Trash2cash to conduct training sessions on skill acquisition. This program targeted 50 women from the Jama’are Local Government Area in Bauchi State.

The training, held on November 27, 2023, equipped the participants with the knowledge and practical skills to produce vaseline and soap using readily available ingredients. The participants were also guided on packaging and marketing their products in both rural and urban markets.
