Soldiers involves in Kaduna killing must be punished – Falakin Shinkafi

The traditional little holder, Falakin Shinkafi, Ambassador Yunusa Hamza has condemned the attack by the Nigerian army on the residents of Tudun-Biri village while they were holding the celebration of the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w) which resulted in the death of many people and caused injuries to several others.

Last Sunday, a Nigerian war plane bombed the Muslim community in Tudun-Biri village in Kaduna while they were celebrating Maulid which resulted in the loss of many lives.

Reports have confirmed the terrible consequences of the attack, which until now the exact number of the people died as a result of the attack is yet to be ascertained.

Accordingly the attack is reported to have affected women, men, children and the elderly while many others are still lying in the hospital in critical condition, receiving treatment.

Later on, the Nigerian Army came out clearly and declared the incident as a mistake and expressed regret for it.

In a statement he issued on Wednesday to the press, Falakin Shinkafi, expressed his sorrow and concern for the negligence and incompetence of the soldiers, saying that such negligence should not be overlooked because it will become a disgrace in the future. .

“We strongly call on the federal government and the elites in Northern Nigeria to come forward to demand the right of the massacred innocent masses who were busy celebrating Maulid of the Prophet (s.a.w) in Tudun Biri village, Igabi local government area, Kaduna state,” said Falakin Shinkafi, Ambassador Yunusa Hamza.

The traditional title holder, Falakin Shinkafi added that, “The terrible attack on innocent people of Tudun-Biri village by Nigerian soldiers is undoubtedly condemnable and there is need to take a decisive action against those found responsible to prevent this from happening in the future.
